Messaging Terms & Conditions

These Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern text message (SMS) communications between Designs by Kari LLC and clients or prospective clients who have consented to receive such messages. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

Designs by Kari LLC uses SMS text messaging to communicate with clients for the following purposes:

• Appointment reminders and consultation confirmations
• Project status updates
• Follow-up communications related to your design inquiry or project
• Responses to customer care inquiries

This is a service-only messaging program. We do not send promotional or marketing campaigns to our contact list.

2. Consent

You consent to receive SMS messages from Designs by Kari LLC when you:

• Schedule a consultation via our website booking link or by phone and provide your mobile number
• Submit your phone number through our website contact page and indicate consent to receive text messages
• Verbally consent to receiving SMS communications when speaking with Kari Taverna

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving our design services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You will typically receive messages only in connection with an active project, scheduled consultation, or inquiry. We do not send mass marketing messages.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Designs by Kari LLC does not charge any fee for SMS communications. Please contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Designs by Kari LLC at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us
• Reply END or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out
• Call us at (267) 857-3883 and request to be removed from SMS communications

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by contacting us.

7. Privacy

8. Compatibility

SMS services are available on most U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Supported message types include SMS and MMS. Designs by Kari LLC is not liable for delays or failures in receiving messages caused by your carrier or device.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued receipt of SMS messages after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
